Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are accepted only for incorrect orders or damaged items.  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email ashleyhenryartist@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please do not discard or destroy the item or packaging until your claim has been completely processed.

Incorrect Orders

Follow the steps below to receive a refund or replacement for an incorrect order:

  1. Email ashleyhenryartist@outlook.com with information about the item that item you received instead.

  2. Specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement​​

    • If you prefer an replacement, please indicate which item of equal value you would like to receive​.

  3. After you have contacted Ashley Henry Artist, you can return your item

    • Shipping fees will be waived by Ashley Henry Artist​. You will be emailed return postage​.

  4. Whether you would prefer a refund or replacement, your refund or replacement will be processed within approximately 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of the item

    • All refunds will be processed through PayPal​.

Damaged Items

Pictures and a description of the damaged item must be sent to ashleyhenryartist@outlook.com before the claim is processed. Refunds and replacements will be processed within approximately 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Only items that are damaged can be refunded or exchanged for an item of equal value. Lack of adequate evidence of damage by customer may result in denial of the damaged item claim at the sole discretion of Ashley Henry Artist. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ashley Henry Artist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Ashley Henry Artist will confirm delivery to the address provided and date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
