Returns and Exchanges

At this time, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are accepted only for incorrect orders or damaged items. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email ashleyhenryartist@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please do not return the item or packaging until your claim has been completely processed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please read the information below carefully:

Refunds or Exchanges for Incorrect Orders

  1. Email ashleyhenryartist@outlook.com with your receipt, specify your request for a refund or replacement, and include any additional information about the item you received. For replacements, please specify your desired item of equal value. 

  2. After your claim is processed and approved, you will receive return postage via email.

    • Prints should be returned in the original packaging with care to prevent damage during transit​​

  3. Your claim will be processed within approximately 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receipt of your returned item.​

    • All refunds will be processed through Wix or PayPal, depending on how the client checked out​.

  4. Disclaimers

    • If the item returned to Ashley Henry Artist is damaged or in a condition different from the condition in which it was sent, the customer will be issued a 35% restocking fee.

    • If the restocking fee is not received within 14 days after the customer is notified, the claim will be closed.​

    • Malicious damage to a returned piece may result in denial of a refund or replacement and/or a ban from future services at the sole discretion of Ashley Henry Artist.

Damaged Items

Items that are damaged during transit can be refunded or exchanged for an item of equal value. Pictures and a description of the damaged item and packaging must be sent to ashleyhenryartist@outlook.com before the claim is processed. Lack of adequate evidence of damage by the customer may result in denial of the damaged item claim at the sole discretion of Ashley Henry Artist.  Any malicious damage to a piece may result in denial of the damaged item claim and/or a ban from future services at the sole discretion of Ashley Henry Artist.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ashley Henry Artist is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Ashley Henry Artist will confirm delivery to the address provided and date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
