Return Policy​

Thank you for shopping with Ashley Henry Artist. We take great pride in our products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following important information regarding refunds and damaged goods:

1. Final Sale: Due to the custom and print-on-demand nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

​

2. Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please contact the artist directly within 14 business days of receiving the item. In order to process your claim, you will need to provide clear photographic proof of the damage. This includes photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. Lack of adequate evidence of damage by the customer may result in denial of the damaged item claim at the sole discretion of Ashley Henry Artist.  Any malicious damage to a piece may result in denial of the damaged item claim and/or a ban from future services at the sole discretion of Ashley Henry Artist. Upon receipt of photographic evidence, your claim will be processed within 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).​ If there is no communication on the claim from the consumer after 14 days, the claim will be automatically denied. If your claim is approved, you'll be refunded or receive a replacement for an item of equal value.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided and date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

4. How to Contact Us: To report damaged items, please start your claim by using the Contact Us Form with your order number and a description of the issue. Ashley will follow up to request photographic proof for your claim.
